Hurley lost 102-29. Mentor hit an Arby's record 18 three pointers.

GC's Austen Arnold had 27, Luke Ervin 10, Andy Arnold 10. GC lost to a damn good team who I heard lost t by the #9 team in the US by a small margin. From what I seen of Hurley ehh not much but Mentor avgs 106 a game and Hurley held them under avg (2nd and 3rd team played half the game) also Mentor broke the Arbys Classic most team 3's in a single game. The old record was 16 threes set in 03 by White Station and Mentor ended with 18 threes 12 came in the first half. I will rate Hurley vs GC Thursday morning. I say GC 68 Hurley 49

I seen on SWVA sports that Waynick didn't play due to the death of his grandmother. Waynick would have helped but the outcome wouldn't have been different. Gate City goes down if Waynick plays but if he doesn't, Gate City wins by about 12-15 points.

Waynick or no Waynick they put up 102 with their starters playing half a game. Waynick plays post, he isnt gonna stop 3's nor help inbound the ball. They wont beat GC with or without him. Gate City 73 Hurley 58 with him. GC 78 Hurley 55 without him. Hurley is pretty weak. Slow, short, and to many turnovers. Stick with the D1 competition

Gate city leads Hurley 33-25 at the half. Hurley is playing without Waynick again. GC had another player go down with a sick looking knee injury, hope the kid is alright.
